What do EICR's consist of?
EICR's are Electrical Inspection Condition Reports. QHS first became an approved NICEIC Contractor and Installer (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) in 2006, ever since which QHS qualified electrical engineers have been accredited to undetake these electrical inspections. This NICEIC scheme is for electrical contractors undertaking design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical installations to BS 7671. QHS is a fully accredited company and willing participants of the Home Insulation and Energy Systems Quality Assured Contractors Scheme (HIES).
QHS undertake EICR's for Paradigm Housing Association on a regular basis at numerous properties primarily in many different HP postcodes. These are undertaken by qualified NICEIC accredited electricians, who also when required undertake other electrical inspections and works, including the checking and installing of carbon monoxide detectors, smoke alarms and heat sensors etc.
