In 2017, QHS Residential Services took over responsibility for providing annual landlord gas safety checks and heating system repairs for:

  • Odu-Dua Housing Association
  • Shian Housing Association
  • Apna-Ghar Housing Association
  • Tamil Housing Association
  • Arhag Housing Association

Our engineer team provide the following services for residents:

  • Annual landlord gas safety check
  • Domestic heating system repairs
  • Maintenance and repair of communal boiler houses
  • Gas pipe re-runs
  • Boiler recommission for new tenants

We assist the housing associations with the following programmes:

  • Boiler replacement 
  • Void property check and decommission
  • Acquisition property checks
