QHS Residential Services have been providing landlord gas safety checks for St Albans District Council tenants since 2010.

Additionally we:

  • Maintain and repair communal gas heating systems (as on the St Albans property pictured below)
  • Assist with their Carbon Monoxide alarms, smoke detectors and heat sensors replacement programme
