About Us

Founded in 1995, QHS have been providing gas and metering maintenance, installation and repair services to local authorities, housing associations and household utility companies for over 24 years. Our reputation in the industry is founded on successful partnerships, good quality work and high levels of customer satisfaction.

As a business, we define our values as Quality, Honesty and Safety. This represents our commitment to excellence and accountability in all we do. We put safety at the core of all decisions and actions we carry out, and deliver a service that is consistently high-quality. Our operations senior management team are qualified gas engineers, setting a precedence of expertise and technical excellence from the top down.

We currently employ 100+ engineers across the country, a figure that is consistently growing. Our  ‘in-house’ Customer Services team are based in our head office in High Wycombe and operations are ongoing 24-hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year.

We have a track record of developing and maintaining long-term relationships and we are dedicated to continuously improving the service we offer our existing customers.
